Creative Mapping Solutions can locate existing surveyor’s pins for a fraction of the price it would cost you to have your property resurveyed. Our waiting list is typically much shorter also. Due to our extensive field experience with sub-meter accuracy GPS and conventional survey instruments, we are amply qualified to locate your lot’s original survey pins, even amidst dense jungle vegetation or steep terrain. Real Estate Scouting
Got your selection narrowed down to two or three lots? I can personally investigate and/or accompany you with my GPS to scout vacant land parcels during your inspection period. Just provide me with the property numbers of the parcels your interested in and I can schedule a day tour with you. Half day and full day tours are available. Four-wheel drive transportation is provided for one to three passengers. Vacant land, remote areas, and large parcels are our specialty. See what you’re buying before you buy!
Custom Property Mapping and Landscape Planning

Our custom mapping services are tailored to your needs and budget. Mapping your property’s natural features may allow you to better visualize and design your planned landscape. Qualifications
Creative Mapping Solutions’ principal, Christian Rygh, has spent two years mapping and analyzing historically significant landscapes in Hawaii under the National Park Service’s Cultural Landscape Inventory program. During this time he was supervised and coached by two licensed Landscape Architects. He also has local work experience in geographic data analysis, environmental consulting, and ecological management in the private and public sectors. His formal education is in Geography and Environmental Studies (University of Hawaii, Hilo). Christian has extensive mapping experience and enjoys the challenges of field work on the lava flows, farmlands, and rainforests of Hawaii Island.
